US$300 security hold

A separate US$300 security hold applies to direct bookings, including Taipei, unless explicitly waived in your booking quote and confirmation. We authorize your saved card shortly before arrival; this is not an additional booking fee. If there is no documented damage or excessive cleaning, we release the hold within 48 hours after checkout. Your bank may take additional time to remove the pending authorization and restore available funds. Only documented costs may be captured, up to US$300, with an itemized explanation; any unused balance is released. The hold is in US dollars even when your stay is priced in TWD; your bank determines any currency conversion.

Firm cancellation

Firm cancellation for stays of 27 nights or fewer: cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund; 7 to fewer than 30 days before for 50% of accommodation and cleaning; less than 7 days before or after check-in, accommodation and cleaning are non-refundable. A full refund is also available within 24 hours of confirmation when booked at least 7 days ahead (72 hours for California homes). Separate Firm terms apply to stays of 28 nights or more. See the Rental Agreement for extended stays, taxes, and cancellation details.
