TurnkeyHost is a property management system for short-term-rental operations. This policy explains what information the TurnkeyHost web and iOS apps collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, role, and login credentials. Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are not stored in plain text.

The app displays and stores operational property-management data, including listings, reservations, guest messages, cleaner tasks, property notes, pricing, and related financial fields. Reservation and guest records may include guest names, contact information, stay dates, message content, booking channel, and payout or price information.

We also collect identifiers and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service, such as user IDs, authentication tokens, IP addresses, user agents, login/security events, error logs, and crash or performance diagnostics.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide app functionality, authenticate users, show reservations and messages, coordinate team operations, support guest communication, improve reliability, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain an audit trail for operational and security events.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use information from the TurnkeyHost app for third-party advertising or tracking across other companies' apps or websites.

Service Providers

We may process information with service providers that help operate TurnkeyHost, such as hosting, database, error monitoring, messaging, channel management, pricing, and infrastructure providers. These providers are used to run the service and are not permitted to use the information for their own advertising purposes.

Retention

We retain account and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support property-management operations.
