1. Reservation & Payment
Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received in full. The total shown at checkout includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and applicable occupancy taxes. Rates are per the dates booked; changes are subject to availability.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation terms are as communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method. Contact the host as early as possible if your plans change.
3. Security Deposit & Damages
You authorize the host to charge the card used for this booking, after checkout, for the documented cost of damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized guests or pets, or violations of the house rules, up to the security deposit amount stated for the property. The host will provide an itemized explanation of any such charge. Absent damage, no deposit charge is made.
4. Occupancy & House Rules
Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may occupy the property. No parties or events without prior written approval. Quiet hours, smoking, and pet policies as posted apply. The primary guest is responsible for all members of their party.
5. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are as stated for the property. Access codes are provided ahead of arrival and are valid only for your stay window. Please leave the property in the condition you found it.
6. Liability
Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk. The host is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to guests' property except to the extent required by law.
